Difficulties of Non-English Study Program Students in Carrying Out the Institutional TOEFL Test

This study aims to provide an analysis of TOEFL results and examine the challenges faced by non-English program students when tackling exam questions. The adopts a descriptive qualitative approach, with sample size 30 selected through purposive sampling from larger population 100 students. Data collection involved administration tests conducting interviews. findings indicate that among different sections TOEFL, Listening Comprehension posed greatest difficulty for participants, followed Reading Structure Written Expression. Based on conclusions drawn data explanations, it can be inferred participants encountered most in section exam.
